On behalf of our client, Recruiting from Scratch is seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to drive growth at one of San Francisco's fastest-growing AI startups.

Who You Are:
- Someone who has successfully cold-outbounded their way into opportunities others thought impossible
- A direct communicator with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about building something from scratch
What You'll Do:
- Own the entire sales cycle, driving revenue through both outbound and inbound opportunities
- Acquire strategic logos that enhance the company's market position
- Collaborate directly with leadership to identify and execute new revenue opportunities
- Help build the playbook for explosive growth
Requirements:
- Maximum 3 years out of college
- Based in SF and excited about working in-person
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
